For investment, financial, real estate companies developed a special branch solution “ERPC. Investment and Development”.
The solution is developed on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 platform and enables to lead efficient management of investment programs, maintain operating budgets of projects, to control the passage of the actual operations of the announced budget. The solution allows to obtain analytical reports based on investment data, operating budgets and actual transactions.
Functional modules are implemented in the decision, enable to solve following tasks:
- "Investment module" - Calculation of KPI efficiency: present value, profitability index discounted investment, internal rate of return, payback period, discount accounting, the maximum cash outflow with discounting, the simple payback period, the indicators simple ROI, net cash , the index of investment returns, the maximum cash outflow.
- module "operating budget" allows us to analyze the deviation of the investment budget and the operating budget monthly, quarterly. The possibility of agreement and approval of the budget on the basis of applications for the formation of data budget;
- realized integration with accounting systems that allows you to receive and to detail the actual data for analysis and reporting: a monthly balance sheet, cash flow, profit and loss account
If the investment company need to sell real estate, and keep track of payments, for these purposes in the decision implemented additional modules: "Payments management" and "Sales of real estate management". Thanks to the functional module "Payments management", companies are able to generate requests on payment, to monitor the correctness of information and the budget limit, build a circuit matching payments, to control payment schedule and track the payments system. For “Sales of real estate management” implemented a CRM module, created unified database of real estate objects, lease contracts, acts, invoicing, payment schedule for the formation of contracts and the customer's balance, integrated budget module.
All of these tools allow financial, investment and development companies to efficiently manage the investment and operating activities, to minimize the risks of project selection and profit from their investments.
