ERP Consulting company participated in the 12th annual conference of the "ACS for energy companies. Electronic Ukraine", which was held on 24-28 April 2012 in the sanatorium "Karpathy" (Mukachevo District, Transcarpathian region).

The conference was organized by Cebit company and supported by the National Commission for Electricity Regulation. Representatives of energy companies and enterprises for gas delivery and sale, housing and communal services, public and local authorities attended the conference.
ERP Consulting spoke at the conference with a number of reports dedicated to implementation of business applications for energy companies. In particular, functional and technological capabilities of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV were introduced, and also customer relationship management platform (CRM).
Presenter’s attention was paid to experience in integration of ERP system with billing system, contact center, as well as the construction of integrated solutions for holding companies and group of companies. In addition, conference participants discussed the organization of ERP project implementation in the company, claims to the project status, team, methodology. What are the risks faced, how they are properly managed.

Separately were discussed issues of human resource management in an era of 2.0. As was noted by Nataliia Koval, Director of Business Development ERP Consulting, management task – to balance interests of the company and employees, to build a system of increasing business parameters interdependence, management system efficiency, motivation and skills of the team. To solve these problems necessary to involve economic, organizational, administrative and socio-psychological tools of human resource management.
